Jen Magnus is a Doctor of Business Administration: Organizational Leadership. She has conducted multiple training sessions both within the Calgary Police Service and for outside agencies. Training included implementation of Respectful Workplace Policies, Flexible Work Options, Bullying in the Workplace, Advocacy, and Leadership Training. Jen has also obtained training in trauma based interviewing, FETI (Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview) and has the capability and experience to train in FETI. FETI training is commonly used on victims who have suffered trauma related to sexual assaults. Jen is also trained in workplace coaching from the John Maxwell Team. Coaching training was also obtained through her Doctoral Studies and while attending various seminars related to personal and workplace coaching. Jen holds an investigators and securities licence through the Government of Alberta. Jen is Licensed and Accredited in the Alberta Professional Investigator Training Course approved through the Justice and Solicitor General of Alberta to provide the Alberta Professional Investigator Training (AIT) Course.
